Contractor-built tools for real operational workflows

I build and operate these platforms against my own contractor business as the first client environment. Each tool is designed around a real workflow, deployed as a governed production system, and used to improve how I work rather than existing only as a technical demo.

Tools overview

Separate products, one protected operating environment

The tools remain separate applications with their own repositories, deployments, data stores and operational controls. They are brought together through one secured launcher so the experience is consistent without forcing unrelated systems into one codebase.

GS Social Scheduler

A controlled workflow for planning, reviewing, approving and scheduling professional social content.

  • structured content workflow
  • scheduled Cloudflare execution
  • human approval before publishing
  • protected operational access
  • production deployment through GitHub and Cloudflare

GS Turnstile Form Protection

A review and control layer for suspicious marketing-form submissions before accepted records are forwarded into downstream systems.

  • Cloudflare Turnstile validation
  • submission review workflow
  • accept and reject controls
  • controlled Eloqua forwarding
  • audit and operational visibility

GS Translation AI

A governed translation workflow combining source control, protected terminology, quality evidence and operator review.

  • structured translation workflow
  • protected terminology controls
  • provider evidence and request logging
  • safety and governance review
  • mock-safe validation before live provider use

Why I build this way

Real workflow first, architecture close behind

A Forward Deployed Engineer does not only build a feature and hand it over. The work includes understanding the operating problem, shaping the workflow, making sensible architecture decisions, securing the application, deploying it, observing how it behaves and improving it from real usage.

Using my own contractor business as the first client gives these builds a real operating context. I have to make decisions about access, data, deployment, failure handling, usability and ongoing ownership rather than stopping when a prototype looks convincing.

Security and governance

Public evidence, private operations

  • all operational platforms are private
  • Cloudflare Zero Trust controls access
  • the tools use separate deployments and bindings
  • secrets are not exposed through the public site
  • public pages describe the work without exposing operational data
  • AI and automation actions retain human control where appropriate
  • GitHub-connected deployment creates an auditable delivery path
