With a large global marketing organisation and a high campaign volume, they needed expert Eloqua support to improve delivery speed, introduce operational efficiency and build custom solutions that would remove repetitive manual work.

My role was to act as a senior extension of their team – taking on the most complex builds, introducing process discipline and creating technical components that reduced friction across campaign operations.

The challenge

Rockwell Automation needed consistency, speed and quality across all Eloqua output. With multiple stakeholders, dozens of active campaigns and several regions involved, the gaps in their processes were slowing everything down.

My role was a blend of production excellence, process improvement and custom solution development. I treated Rockwell as if I were embedded in their team, ensuring everything shipped on time and at a standard they could rely on.

Enterprise-grade campaign delivery

I delivered large volumes of emails, landing pages and multi-step campaign builds, all following strict brand, QA and governance rules. The aim was simple – deliver quality, fast, every single time.

Part 2

Process optimisation

I introduced repeatable workflows, naming conventions, QA stages and shared templates which drastically reduced errors and rework. Rockwell’s team became faster and more confident overnight.

Part 3

Custom Eloqua development

I built a full Double Opt-In system, standardised form processing, automated data capture components and advanced canvas templates. These removed dozens of manual steps from Rockwell's workflow.
